This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through Dtexshop.
1. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days after payment is successfully received.
Orders are not normally processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
During sales, festive periods, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take a little longer.
If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you using the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

You’ll receive tracking information by email/SMS once your order ships.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
The final shipping charge, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3. International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to eligible destinations.
Standard International Shipping: $22 USD
Free International Shipping: On orders above ₹12,000
Estimated delivery: 8–10 business days after dispatch
International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, local courier services, and other factors outside our control.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation with the available tracking information.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after the shipment is handed over to the courier.
5. Delivery Delays
While we work to meet the estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur because of:
Courier or logistics issues
Weather conditions
Public holidays
High order volumes
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
Customs processing for international orders
Events beyond our reasonable control
If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in checking its status.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct PIN/ZIP code and contact information.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges required to resend the order.
7. Damaged Packages
Please inspect your package when it is delivered.
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the package and product and contact us as soon as possible. Where appropriate, we may also ask you to provide photographs of the shipping label and packaging.
Please retain the original packaging until the issue has been resolved.
8. Lost or Missing Shipments
If your tracking information shows that a shipment has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with the courier to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate next steps.
9. Customs, Duties and Taxes
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Dtexshop does not control these charges and cannot guarantee whether or when they will be applied.
10. P.O. Boxes and Restricted Addresses
Delivery availability may vary by destination and courier. Certain P.O. boxes, military addresses, remote locations, or restricted delivery areas may not be serviceable.
If we are unable to deliver to the address provided, we will contact you to discuss the available options.
